As some of you may be aware, after 4 years of blogging about food and recipes at The Simply Wholesome Kitchen, I recently became a Certified Health Coach via the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The information I’ve learned about food and health, in combination with my previous training in cooking and obsessive experimentation have made me very excited to launch a new chapter in my life helping families to eat as well as possible – without losing their minds!
