Hi, my name is Alissa, and welcome to The Simply Wholesome Kitchen! I am passionate about feeding my family (including my three little girls!) delicious, nourishing food, and have found a way to do so without feeling overwhelmed or bogged down.
I combine this passion with my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the Institute for Culinary Education (ICE), along with my Master’s degree in Psychology and professional experience in corporate coaching and development to teach busy moms to feed their families the SIMPLY WHOLESOME way while reducing stress and maximizing their own health.
